Project Recovery & Delivery Assurance

Independent diagnosis and recovery of troubled initiatives using the Project Rescue™ framework, plus delivery assurance that keeps critical projects on track.

Recover. Stabilize. Deliver.

The Problem

Why this work exists

Projects fail in patterns that are visible well before the failure becomes public. On the delivery side: repeated missed milestones, schedule slippage, unclear priorities, and constant rework. Financially: budget overruns, a burn rate that has outpaced the forecast, and poor cost visibility. In governance: no clear decision authority, unresolved escalations, and weak executive oversight. In resourcing: team burnout, skill gaps, key-person dependency, and vendor underperformance. In stakeholder alignment: disagreement on scope, shifting requirements, and weak adoption planning. And technically: integration failures across platforms such as SAP, ServiceNow, and cloud or API environments, data migration failures, and compliance blockers. Project Rescue exists to catch these signals and reverse the trajectory before the initiative fails outright.

Our Approach

The 5-Phase Rescue Methodology

  1. 1

    Rapid Assessment & Discovery

    Weeks 1–2

Root cause analysis and a full risk heat map across delivery, financial, governance, resourcing, alignment, and technical dimensions — establishing exactly where the initiative stands before deciding how to fix it.

  2. 2

    Stabilization

    Weeks 3–4

Noncritical work is frozen, blockers are escalated to the right decision-makers, and a clear command structure is established so the team stops absorbing chaos and starts executing against a plan.

  3. 3

    Recovery Strategy & Replanning

    Weeks 5–6

Schedule and cost are rebaselined against reality, resources are realigned to the highest-priority work, and a credible, validated path back to delivery is built with stakeholders.

  4. 4

    Governance Reset

    Weeks 7–8

A steering committee, executive dashboards, and change control processes are installed so the initiative has durable oversight, not just a one-time correction.

  5. 5

    Execution Support & Delivery Assurance

    Ongoing

FaithForge leads or supports recovery execution through go-live and hypercare, staying accountable until the initiative is stable and delivering.
